40. En die Here help hulle en red hulle; Hy red hulle van die goddelose mense en verlos hulle, want hulle skuil by Hom.

39. But the salvation of the (consistently) righteous is of the Lord; He is their Refuge and secure Stronghold in the time of trouble.
40. And the Lord helps them and delivers them; He delivers them from the wicked and saves them, because they trust and take refuge in Him.
(Ek vertrou die Heilige Gees van God om die korrekte Skriflesing gedeelte aan my deur te gee elke dag, volgens u behoeftes en verwagtinge.
Aan Hom kom toe alle eer, heerlikheid, krag, mag, lofprysing, aanbidding en danksegging van nou, tot in ewigheid.
